What makes Trava bags different from the rest?
Our bags are crafted from premium full-grain leather (for leather range), 340 GSM canvas (for canvas range), and high-quality nylon/polyester (for backpacks). All feature YKK zippers and zinc-alloy hardware.
Our canvas and nylon bags are coated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. Leather bags have natural water resistance. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
Our laptop bags and backpacks accommodate laptops from 13 to 16 inches with padded, dedicated compartments. Please check individual product pages for exact dimensions and laptop compatibility.
For leather bags: wipe with a dry cloth and apply leather conditioner every 3–6 months. For canvas bags: spot clean with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing. Store in the dust bag provided.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items and customized products are non-returnable.
Email us at support@travabags.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a pre-paid return label within 24 business hours for eligible returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We stand by our quality. If your bag has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
